For me, writing is like breathing with a chronic lung condition—necessary, inevitable, life-giving, and requiring herculean effort.The Cycle of Fate books are the physical product of that effort: young adult fantasy novels with intricate characters, a world of politics and whimsy, wild magic, and cities of legend.In addition to my fantasy writing, I write a lot about art. Somewhere between prose, poetry, and an academic research paper, my writing reflects the depth of thought that goes into all of my work.
